I'm Over the MOON for You

Hello friends,
I played with my Gansai Tambi watercolors today and it was so relaxing...
I LOVE making galaxies, you can color it as your heart desires and that is what I did for this background...

I used MFT "Space Explorer" stamp set from  birdie brown collection, the image is stamped on crafter's companion ultra smooth white cardstock and colored using copics then cut out with scissor.
I played with the current MFT sketch

I took a panel of water colored cardstock and used gansai tambi watercolors to create the galaxy. Then I took another piece of watercolor cardstock and die-cut it out of a circle die from WRMK, then colored it to look like moon (well, I tried :D )
I added lots and lots of white splatter with the help of white acrylic paint and an old tooth brush and I also used white gel pen. The galaxy panel and the moon is then directly adhered to an A2 white card base and the images are all adhered using foam squares.
I added Nuvo clear glaze to the glass part of the space suit and once dry I used white gel pen for highlights.
The sentiment is heat embossed using WOW white embossing powder on black cardstock.

Hope you like my card and thanks a ton for stopping by!!
Have a great day!!

Hugs,
Chitra

You're Incredible!!

Hello friends,
I colored these cuties during #thedailymarkerchallenge and wanted to turn it into a card soon.
These cute girls are from the set called "Super Duper" from Sunny Studio Stamps, I stamped all the images on Crafters Companion ultra smooth white cardstock and colored everything using copics and cut it out with scissor.

I took a watercolor cardstock panel and used Gansai Tambi watercolors to create the background then with the help of MFT Radiating Rays stencil I created the rays coming from behind the cityscape which is from Clearly Besotted.
I lightly traced were the colored panel would lie on my card base and stamped the sentiment using black ink.
The panel is then adhered directly to the card base and for some dimension I added the girls using foam squares.

Hope you like my card.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

You Mean the WORLD to Me

Hello friends, I have a card to share with you all today!!!
I recently got hold of this cute set and wanted to use it on a card so here it is for you and I love how this card turned out!!
I followed the current MFT sketch 431..

I started with a panel of water color cardstock from Brutus Monroe and water colored the galaxy background using Gansai Tambi watercolors, once the watercolors dried I splattered white acrylic paint on top of the panel.
I stamped the little astronaut on Crafters Companion ultra smooth white cardstock with Rich Cocoa Momento Ink and colored it using Copics.
It is very hard to see in the pic but I embossed the background paper which is from SSS using MFT Houndstooth stencil.

The sentiment is heat embossed on Electric red cardstock using Alabaster embossing powder from Brutus Monroe.
Then I added Nuvo clear glaze on his helmet and added few sequins and also added few stars using white signo pen.

Hope you like my card.
Thanks for stopping by and you all have a great day!!!

Hello friends,
I am back with a card to share with you for our Summer Shakers Challenge!!

I played with this gorgeous whale stamp from Lesia Zgharda Stamps called "Flower Whale ", The image is stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink and colored using Prisma color pencils, and then I added little glitter to the flowers on the whale. I took a watercolor cardstock and cut it little smaller than the card base, then I die-cut a heart shape using Whimsy Stamps "stitched heart dies". The watercolor panel is then colored using Kuretake gansai tambi watercolors, once dry I added a piece of acetate to cover the window then added lots of foam squares. I stamped the sentiment using "Alphabet" stamp set and lots of sequins before adhering the panel to the card base

Hope you like my card, hope you will join us for the fun challenge.

It's Your Special Day

Hello friends...
I have a fun card to share with you all today...

Yes!!!! I made a pop-up box card today...
It was so much fun to create this, I simply followed the instructions from Anna Kossakovskaya video instruction, so if you want to try your hands on this type of card check out her YT channel.

Lawn Fawns 'Out Of this World' stamp set and some images are colored using Copics and some using Prisma color pencils. I used LF cloud border dies for the inner panel. For the galaxy or outer space I flicked white and silver water color from Gansai Tambi watercolors on a black cardstock and then adhered everything to the base. Used some acetate to adhere all the images so that it looks like everything is floating in space. The sentiment is white heat embossed and I also lightly added some white ink so that it does not look stark black.
Here is a close up:
Hope you liked my pop-up box card...
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!!

Hello, Friend

Hello,

I played with my MFT Happy Hedgehogs once again and this time did some water coloring!! I used MFT Sketch 303, I think when I sat down to create this card I had the sketch little different in my mind :D
Here is my card:

Images are all stamped onto water color cardstock and I did this with the help of my Stampoholic, it was super easy and because water color cardstocks are textured I never get perfect impression the first time so using Stampoholic was really really helpful. I used MFT black hybrid ink and then colored everything using Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors. Once the coloring was dry I adhered it directly to a white A2 card base. The sentiment is stamped on a black cardstock using VersaMark pigment ink and embossed using WOW white embossing powder. Also did some highlights with Sakura white gelly roll pen.
Here is close up for you:

That's all from me today.
Hope you like my card. :) Thanks for stopping by!!!
