Moose You So Much

Hello crafty friends, we have a new challenge starting over at A Blog Named Hero and the theme this time is..

Here is my card for the challenge:

I took a white panel from Crafters Companion ultra smooth white cardstock and first stamped the bull moose then did some mirror stamping for the cow moose (before stamping it on another solid stamp I erased the antlers). The bull and cow moose were then colored using Prisma colored pencils, I also colored the grass and flowers using Prisma pencils. The background is colored using distress inks.
I stamped the sentiment using Memento black ink and added some hearts which are di-cut using Simon Says Stamp Holiday Shapes, I also added some glitter to the hearts and flowers and glossy accents to the moose's eyes.

Here is a close up:

Hope you liked my card.
Hop on over to the blog for more beautiful inspiration!!
Thanks for stopping by!!
Hugs,
Chitra

  1. Love this! Great idea for doing the cow moose--mirror stamping and wiping off the ink for the antlers. I thought from the photo on A Blog Named Hero that you had fussy cut the images, and just cut off the antlers before gluing the moose to your background. Guess it could work either way. Great job, though! ~ Andrea
