Happy Birthday

Hello friends, I have a card to share which I made to enter couple of MFT challenges:
I played with MFT BB Up In The Air stamp set, image is stamped on Crafters Companion ultra smooth white cardstock and colored using copics then cut it out using scissor. The buildings images are from Brutus Monroe called From Paris With Love, I stamped it using Memento black ink on white panel. I die-cut out a whit circle and made a sky background using DIY cloud stencil and Memento Luxe Angle Pink ink, The background stripes are created using red marker on white A2 card base and the sentiment is heat embossed on black cardstock using white embossing powder.
Here is a close up of my card...

Hope you like my card. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

Hello friends, I have a card to share with you today!
Here I have loosely followed MFT sketch 373:
I have used MFT BB  Happy Hedgehogs stamp set, the image is stamped on Crafter's Companion ultra smooth white cardstock and colored using copics. I made my own background on a white card base using other images from the same set. Then I stamped the sentiment on the colored panel using black ink and then adhered the panel using foam squares. The beautiful heart die-cuts are from Simon Says Stamp Holiday Shapes die, I love this tiny little die.

You'll Always Be AMAZING

Hello friends, My last card for MFT's crafty version of the Olympics called the Creative Olympics. Their fourth and the last event is Speed Cardmaking, this event is all about speed, we get exactly 20 mins to complete our card.
This was the most difficult task for me because these days one card takes about couple of hours to few days to complete, all thanks to my little munchkin. This one was made with just seconds to spare, I was literally hustling thru the whole process and my dining table was under a crafty tsunami mess...
Here is my card:

I love how it turned out... A very simple card, I used MFT Sun Rays stencil and used yellow and orange ink to do the ink blending, then with a black pen I made a outline. The image is from MFT BB Super Hero which is stamped using black ink on Crafters Companion white cardstock and colored using Copics because no time to color using pencils and gamsol shading. I wanted to use my Prisma colors for shading but had no time. Image is adhered using foam squares and I stamped the sentiment before adhering the image.

Birthdays Rock and so Do You

Hello friends, I am back with another card for MFT's crafty version of the Olympics called the Creative Olympics. Their third event is Crafty Biathlon, the challenge is to select one option from each Technique and Card Type column and combine it into one card!
Here is my card:

I combined dry embossing technique with slide card type. I used Houndstooth stencil and dry embossed it directly on an A2 card base and then lightly sponged some blue ink. Then I made a grassy hill side border out of white cardstock with my craft knife and sponged some green ink to it, once dry I stamped the sentiment. The images are all stamped on white card stock and colored using Prisma color pencils. The learnt this hidden slider mechanism from Jennifer McGuire's video. The pull out tab is also out of white cardstock and sponged some green ink and then inked another sentiment from this set.
Here is how it looks with tab pulled out...
And here is a close up of the cuties and also you can see the dry embossing clearly in this pic..

Hope you like my card and thanks for stopping by!!

You're My BEAST FRIEND

Hello friends, I am back with another card for MFT's crafty version of the Olympics called the Creative Olympics. Their second event is the Freestyle Card with just one exception -  it has to have a winter theme!

I played with this super cute Yeti stamp from Birdie Brown collection which I have been hoarding ever since it got released and finally a good reason to ink it up. Images are stamped using Memento black ink on Crafters Companion cardstock and colored using Prisma color pencils. Then I took Electric Red cardstock from MFT and white heat embossed the sentiment and then flicked some white paint to imitate falling snow. Once the paint was dry I adhered all the images using foam squares, I added little glitter to the tree, Yeti's scarf and coffee mug.
Hope you like my card and thanks for stopping by!!

Happy Birthday

Hello friends!  MFT is hosting a crafty version of the Olympics called the Creative Olympics! Their first event is the Stamping Slalom, which requires the use of at least three stamp sets on one card.  I thought í will try and join the game, so here is my first card...
I played with MFT BB: Adorable Elephants, Beary Special Birthday and Up In The Air stamp sets. Images are all stamped using Memento black ink on Crafters Companion cardstock and colored using Prisma color pencils and Copic markers. For the background I sponged some blue distress oxide ink over cloud stencil to create cloud pattern and also sponged some green distress oxide ink on rolling hill die-cut for the grass. Images are all adhered using foam squares except the houses which is directly adhered using glue. I then stamped the sentiment using the same black ink and added some glitter to the cake and Nuvo clear glaze to the balloon.
Here is a close up:

Hope you like my card.
Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to check out the Creative Olympics.

I'm Otterly in Love With You

Hello friends, I have an OTTERLY adorable card to share with you all today...
I played with this super Otters from MFT stamps, all the images colored using Prisma color pencils. Then I stamped the sentiment on black cardstock using embossing ink and white heat embossed it.
