It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year

Hello friends!!
Have you seen the new MFT release, Love everything!!
Today I am sharing a card card using product from their last months release.

First I stamped all the images that I wanted and then colored with copic markers and cut them out with scissors.
Then I took Layered Snowflake Frames die from Sunny studio stamps and die cut it out of kraft cardstock, I also added another circle frame behind the snowflake frame. For the background I did some inkblending with oxide inks to create a snowy night sky, I added some water splatters and then some white acrylic paint splatters to add snow.

Another close-up..

The sentiment is heat embossed on kraft cardstock using WOW white embossing powder.
Then I adhered the images, some using foam squares and some directly using a strong liquid glue.

Hope you like my card, don't forget to follow me on IG (chitra01) !!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Hugs,
Chitra

You make my heart go BOOM

 Hello friends!!

Hope you all are doing good!! I have another card to share with you today with this cute set from YUZU line for MFT stamps.

First I stamped and colored the image using copics, I used my trusty scissor to cut the image out.
I took another white cardstock and did some ink-blending with my oxide inks then placed MFT ray of light stencil on top and again did some ink-blending using the same inks, I also stamped the image from the same set using the same inks to add some more interest. To ground the image I used a piece of white cardstock and used stitched borders die from Lawn Fawn to add little detail.

For the greeting I have used WOW silver embossing powder to heat emboss and the word 'boom' is done by die-cutting alphas from MFT Lowercase stitched alpha dienamics.

Hope you like my card. If you haven't yet do check out my Instagram account chitra01.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!!

Llama Be the First to Say Merry Christmas

Hello friends!! I am back to blogging after a long gap!!

I am sharing a Christmas card with this adorable Llama's from MFT Stamps which I got last year..

Here I am following the current MFT Sketch challenge 612

To create my card I started by stamping all the images that I need on Crafters Companion ultra smooth white cardstock and colored everything with my markers, then used my trusty scissor to cut the image out. I took another piece of white carstock and used my nesting round dies to die-cut out two circles, I then did some inkblending with Tattered Rose and Worn Lipstick Distress oxide inks. I splattered some water and some diluted worn lipstick to add some interest. I adhered the images onto the circle panels and adhered the panels using foam squares, before adhering the panels I added a design paper to the card base which is from Lawn Fawn.

I added lots of stars which is die-cut out of a silver cardstock and a die from Simon Says Stamp called "Holiday Shapes". Also the sentiment is heat embossed on pink and red cardstock using silver embossing powder. Finally I added few white details and sparkle to the images.

I hope you like my card. Thanks for stopping by and you all have a great day!!

Hugs,

Chitra

Have a T-rrific Birthday

Hello friends,

I am back with another card to share with you!!

I played with A-roar-able stamp from MFT Stamps. All the cuties are stamped using Rich Cocoa Memento ink and colored with Copic.
For this card I followed the current MFT sketch 550 , perfect sketch for making scene card.

For the background I used Rolling Cloud stencil from MFT Stamps and Scattered Straw oxide ink. Then I took kraft cardstock and die-cut out using Stitched Snow Drifts die-namics and green cardstock to die-cut the grass using grassy hill dienamics.

The word 'RAWR' is die-cut out of In Stitches Lowercase die-namics and black cardstock, rest of the sentiment is stamped using a black ink.
Added few highlights using a white gel pen and thats it!!

Hope you like my card..
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

Hugs,
Chitra
