TGF Preview Day 3

Hello Friends, welcome back to preview day 3 at The Greeting Farm!! Today we are showing two super cute new stamp sets and you are definitely going to love this one..

Introducing "Winter Greetings"

Isn't this so super cute.. There are two sets released today "Winter Greetings" and "Winter Kindness".. I colored this bundle of cuteness from Winter Greetings with my copics and paper-pieced her hat, sweater and skirt with DP from MME.. I added a circle die-cut vellum behind her and also added some sequins for embellishment..

Hello friends, and a very happy Monday to you. Today I am really excited to be joining a blog hop with Hero Arts and A2Z Scrapbooking.

Onto my card for today.. I have used Poetic Petals Printable for my card. 

I opened the image in Word Doc and adjusted the size of the flower I want and printed it out on Neenah Solar white cardstock, then I colored with copics. The sentiment is black embossed and I also used Jute twine  behind the image to finish it off.

Shine Brightly

Hello Friends!! I am back with a card share..

Today I have used The Firmament digital kit. These digital kits are so fun to use, first you can use it instantly (don’t have to wait for shipment) and second we can adjust the size of the image as needed.

My card theme also fit our current monthly challenge “Encouragement“..

About the digi stamp, I used Paint to color the solid image to yellow (it comes black) saved it temporarily on my computer then opened it again on my Word Doc and adjusted the size also adjusted the size of the sentiment and printed it out. Now I might have used a very long route, not at all computer savvy.. :/

Once the image is printed out I used circle die to cut it out.

For the background I used distress inks to imitate kind of a stormy sky.. :) I laid the colors on my craft mat and spritzed good amount of water, then placed water color paper directly on top of the color pool. I played with it till I was happy.

Once the water colored paper was dry I cut it out little smaller than the card base and directly adhered it. The sun and the sentiment is adhered using foam dots. Finally I embellished it with some sequins.

Hello Friends!! Just a quick card share for the current Sentimental Sunday Challenge where the theme is 'Monochromatic '.. Here is my card...

The image is from Aurora Wings which I colored with Copics. The cardstock matted behind the white panel is from Recollection. I brushed a nice coat of glitter on top of the image. The sentiment is from Create with TLC. Finally embellished with rhinestone.

Hello Friends!!! I am so excited for todays post, I am guest designing for Newton's Nook Design this month. Thank you so much Jennifer for this opportunity.. :)

 

Today begins the new August release and we are showing a super cute stamp called "Hanging Around" and here is my card..

 

 

So cute.. isn't it.? I colored the cute Newton and clouds with my crayons, yes CRAYONS!! I saw all the school supplies for back to school and couldn't help myself and a pack of crayons ended up in my cart.. So here everything is colored with crayons. :D The paper is from Bo Bunny 'Lemonade Stand' and added some sequins.

 

 

LOVE this set and will be using it a lot!!

Mini Card Set

Hello Friends!! Welcome back to the blog, I have a cute set of cards to share for BRI Inspiration post.. Vanessa (from Butterfly Reflections Ink) sent me these cute journaling cards to work with this month, so I thought of making mini cards set with those..

This super adorable journaling cards are from Jillibean Soup called Star Light, I used some Distress Inks to color the journaling cards. The color inspiration for these cards is from the Moxie fab colorful clock..

Here is a close up of all my mini cards..

The image is from Avery Elle Red and Goldie stamp set. I colored her up with my copics. The journaling card & image is adhered using kool tak foams.

This cute little image is from the same Avery Elle Red and Goldie set, colored with copics. The alpha sticker is from Studio Calico.

On my last card I have used some super gorgeous Lemon Lush Gold leaves from Studio Calico. They are adhered using tiny glue dots. Finally I brushed all the cards with glitter.

You're a HOOT

Hello Friends!! Welcome to the blog again!! I have a super fun card to share with you all I made for my first inspiration post for a2zscrapbooking blog...

For my card background I first masked the circle where I wanted my image to be and then placed my HA’s “Tweed” stencil and added the colors with distress inks and sponge daubers. When I was happy with the colors I then stamped the dots on top of the stencil to give some interest. Then I removed the stencil to reveal the magic (you know how it feels ;) ). The image is from HA’s “Lil Hoot” which is stamped inside the circle with Memento Tuxedo Ink and I colored with copics.

I have used two different (parts of) sentiment to make my own sentiment, that’s the joy of clear stamps…. right.? Also I have scored the outline of my circle just to define it and added few sequins for embellishment.

Hello Friends!! I am back with a card share for our new FFF challenge over at TGF blog, the theme this week is "Shaped Card or Tags"..
Here is my card..

I used "Dollie with Cupcake" for my card, she is stamped on Neenah Solar white cardstock with memento tuxedo ink and colored with Copics. The design paper is from Simple Stories "DIY". I used some pearls for embellishment.

Do you see a hint of yellow color on her cheek.. yes that's what happen when you watch TV and concentrate on the movie instead of coloring :( I tried to cover it as much as possible.. Hope you still like my card.. Thanks for stopping by!!

Hello Friends!!! Today I have a cute card to share with you all which I made for Butterfly Reflections Ink inspiration post

The design paper is from EP Capture Life, colored the image from Avery Elle Red and Goldie stamp set with copics. I die cut 'happy' with Avery Elle Simply Said die from another paper from the same pad, love all the papers in this collection, beautiful colors.. Then I colored the Cut and Paste wood veneer cards from Amy Tangerine with distress stain 'picked raspberry'. The images are all adhered using Kool Tak clear foam.

birthday Wishes

Hello Friends!! I am back with a card to share with you all.. I played with my Mama Elephant stamps..

I used Mama Elephants "Fair Feathers" stamp set, I stamped it using VersaMark Ink and white embossed it. Then water colored the feathers using different distress inks. For the background I did some wide stokes of watercolor using peacock feather distress ink. The sentiment is also white embossed. Finally did some embellishing using sequins.

Couple of Happy News and a card share!!!

Hello Friends!!! So as the title of my post goes I have a couple of good news to share with you all my friends!!! Yesterday I got a happy email that one of my card has been accepted for Paper Crafts Magazine.. Woooo hooooo!!! Oh I am so happy and excited, my very first card!!! Can't wait to share it with you all.. :D


And my second happy news is that I have been selected as a new DT member for a2zscrapbooking Supplies.. :D YAYYYY!!!! So here is my first card for a new challenge over at the blog, the theme is  "Encouragement"..

For the background I used HAs Friendship Messages stamp set, I stamped the pattern using different pigment inks. The sentiment is from HAs Anything Can Happen which I embossed using white embossing powder. Finally added some sequins and rhinestones.
I took the inspiration for this pic I saw on HAs pinterest board.
